You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our Limited Beta. If you use the Services on behalf of another person or entity, you must have the authority to accept the Terms on their behalf. You must provide accurate and complete information to register for an account. You may not make your access credentials or account available to others outside your organization, and you are responsible for all activities that occur using your credentials.

(a) Use of Services. You may access, and we grant you a non-exclusive right to use, the Services in accordance with these Terms and any other terms that apply to specific Services you use during the Limited Beta period. You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws when using the Services. Sociail and its affiliates own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services.

(b) Feedback. We appreciate feedback, comments, ideas, proposals and suggestions for improvements to the Services during our Limited Beta period. By providing feedback, you agree that Sociail may use it without restriction or compensation to you.

(c) Restrictions. You may not (i) use the Services in a way that infringes, misappropriates or violates any person’s rights; (ii) reverse engineer, decompile, translate or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying components of the Services; (iii) represent that output from the Services was human-generated when it is not; (iv) resell or sublicense access to the Services; or (v) send us any personal information of children under 18. You will comply with any rate limits and other requirements in our documentation. You may use Services only in geographies currently supported by Sociail.

(a) Your Content. You may provide input to the Services (“Input”), and receive output generated and returned by the Services based on the Input (“Output”). Input and Output are collectively “Content.” As between the parties, you retain ownership of all Input you provide during the Limited Beta period.

(b) Use of Content. We may use Content to provide and improve the Services during the Limited Beta period, including to train our models. We may also use aggregated and de-identified Content to develop and improve our services after the Limited Beta period ends.

(c) Accuracy. AI is a rapidly evolving technology. Output may not always be completely accurate and should be evaluated for accuracy as appropriate for your use case

(a) Confidentiality. You agree not to disclose any Sociail confidential information received in connection with the Services, except as required for the Limited Beta or with Sociail's prior written consent.

(b) Security. You agree to use reasonable security measures when accessing the Services, including maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials. You must promptly notify Sociail of any unauthorized access or vulnerabilities related to the Services.

(c) Data Protection. You represent that you will comply with applicable data protection laws related to any personal data processed in connection with the Services. You must obtain required consents and provide required privacy notices.

(d) Usage Data. We may collect aggregated and anonymized usage data and metrics to provide, secure and improve the Services. This statistical data will not identify individual users.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sociail, its affiliates, and personnel from any third-party claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Services during the Limited Beta period, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

(a) Termination; Suspension. These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing use of the Services. Sociail may terminate these Terms or suspend your access to the Services at any time for any reason with at least 5 days' notice. We may terminate immediately if you breach these Terms, if your use poses a security risk, or to comply with law.

(b) Effect of Termination. Upon termination, you must promptly stop using the Services and return or destroy any Sociail confidential information. Sections 3-11 survive termination.

Any feedback, suggestions, ideas or other information you provide relating to the Services (collectively, “Feedback”) is entirely voluntary. Feedback will be the property of Sociail and Sociail may use Feedback without restriction or compensation.

(a) Relationship of the Parties. These Terms do not create a partnership or joint venture between you and Sociail.

( b) Modifications. We may amend these Terms by posting a revised version. Those changes will become effective immediately. Your continued use means you agree to such changes.

(c) Governing Law. These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflicts of law provisions.

(d) Entire Agreement. These Terms contain the entire agreement between you and Sociail regarding the Limited Beta and Services.
