Welcome to Sociail, Inc. ("Sociail," "we," "us," or "our"). We are an AI startup offering a real-time collaborative chat platform ("Platform") that brings humans and AI together for dynamic, creative collaboration. We use a forked custom version of Matrix Synapse and Element.io to provide our chat services via web and iOS clients.

Payment Processing via Stripe
For users who subscribe to our PLUS, PRO, or Enterprise plans:

    Stripe as Processor: We use Stripe to handle all payment transactions.

    No Storage of Full Card Data: Sociail does not store your full payment details. Stripe collects and processes this information securely in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

    Billing Information: We may retain limited billing details (e.g., transaction ID, subscription status) to manage your subscription and comply with financial regulations.

Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as it is necessary to provide our services to you and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Specifically:

    Communication Content: Retained to facilitate your ongoing collaboration on the Platform, or until you manually delete content or close your account.
